Read other Million Dollar Tips posts. Get a feel for the tone of the site and community. We’re informative, relaxed and excited about tips and ways to elevate life. Make sure we haven’t already covered the topic you’re writing about. Use our site search to check.
Focus on being useful. Share detailed instructions to help someone else follow in your footsteps, and interview those who have advice to share. How will your post help readers elevate their lives? Whether it is financial, social, or personal, or none of the above, we would like to hear from you!

These posts are advice guides that teach the reader how to save time. Whether it is learning a new language on the train or bus or using airline miles to book a trip to Hawaii on off-peak seasons, we would like to hear these tips! These typically need to be firsthand experiences or interviews with those who have tried them.
Life Hacks for Life Improvement:
These posts are typically by people who have implemented life hacks and rely heavily on their own experiences that give our readers advice on improving their lives. For instance, using electrolyte powder in place of Gatorade or other energy drinks prior to workouts may lead to fewer calories and a more effective workout.
Success Stories and Job Ideas:
These are typically about people who started their own businesses, have unique jobs, have success saving, or other human interest stories. These rely heavily on conducting an interview with the subjects who can tell their story and give our readers advice on finding success.
Smart Money Guides:
These are specifically geared to take the reader through a step-by-step process or through a list of methods to achieve a specific goal. These can be on investing, making money, saving money, or how to handle debt.
These are typically well-supported with short quotes from experts and links to sources. They can be specific to one person with advice for the reader (How He Did It and How You Can To) or a general guide (5 Ways to…)
